Istep is a young Filipino Interior Designer who graduated cum laude from the BS Interior Design program of the University of the Philippines in Diliman. She took and passed her PRC Licensure Examination for interior Design in 2007.

Istep started her early career as an interior designer in a well known firm in the Philippines who is famous for their stylish and elegant residencies. She also worked with renowned architectural company where she got on-depth experience in high-rise and commercial interiors.

Istep the  ventured into Retail and Events Design and got a chance to work with brands such as sketchers, Ecko Unltd., and Zoo York. She handled the, then recently launched, sub-brands of Sketchers such as Shape-ups, Tone-ups, and Punkrose.

Istep became the youngest Interior Design Manager in a prestigious Interior Design, Architecture, and Urban Planning Film based in Ho Chin Minh City. She lead the interior design arm of the company with her known strength as a maximer, leader, and activator.

Istep was then given an oppurtunity to work with a private Interior Design Film in Beijing , China and was given the chance to work with top hotel companies like Shangri-la, Trader’s Hotel, SLIM, Kerry Hotels and Fairmont Hotels.

Istep is also into forms of art like photography, visual merchandising, and graphic arts which she incorporates into her concepts and designs. She likes to travel, explore cultures and meet new people.

Istep believes that the design profession gives her the power to change the face of the world and this is what drives her passion.
