This Mancave Condo Has a Very Cozy Twist

Your home greatly affects your life, whether you notice it or not. That’s why getting an interior designer is an investment. It’s letting a professional create a space for you that is perfectly  fit for your needs and customized to your personality. Interior designers like Erika Uichanco have their work cut out for them, especially in this cozy mancave condo she had to design for her boyfriend.

The living room relies heavily on cool colors and cozy textures. Accessories are all available at SM Home.

Anton Villanueva is a managing director at a creative digital agency. With their relationship going strong, Anton asked Erika to design his condo unit. “I’m super lucky that my girlfriend’s an interior designer and my dad’s an architect. It was only natural that I have the unit designed,” the cozy mancave owner shares.

Erika placed the sofa’s ottoman as a bench in the dining room where the chairs are mixed but matched. Behind the dining table is a bar cabinet created by Erika to fulfil Anton’s request of a personal bar.

According to the interior designer, the mancave’s look is a mix of modern minimalist and Scandinavian. Having the advantage of knowing her client well, Erika chose a muted palette of black, gray, white, and an accent of blue. To which Erika adds, blue is the easiest color to add to keep a space from looking boring.

In the bedroom, the client requested for a very hotel-like feel.
